How ProCritique handles copyright and how to report infringing content.

Our Respect for Copyright

ProCritique respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on ProCritique infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@procritique.com including:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  • The specific URL(s) on procritique.com where the material is located;
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email);
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question.

We reserve the right to reject incomplete or bad-faith DMCA claims.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with similar identifying information and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

All original content published on ProCritique is protected by copyright. Screenshots, product images, and logos referenced in our reviews remain the property of their respective owners and are used under fair use for review and commentary purposes.
